Real Choices Pregnancy Care Center offers adoption support. Real Choices is not an adoption agency but rather serves as a resource and support for women who are seeking to make an adoption plan. We provide practical support and will help you work through such things as whether making an adoption plan is right for you and your baby, help you evaluate different adoption agencies and will support and encourage you through this evaluation process. Real Choices recognizes that when a woman chooses adoption for her baby, it is an act of extraordinary courage and love, yet also a time of sacrifice and loss. We are ready to walk alongside a woman who is going through this process. Post-Adoption Love and Support (P.A.L.S.) provides ongoing support for birth mothers who have chosen an adoption plan and helps them cope with the issues they face.
